May 23,Japan announced that they are considering a plan to force all new construction and buildings to use solar battery panels till 2030 .
The plan is expected to be held in France to launch the Group of Eight summit meeting, intended to show Japan’s determination to encourage technological innovation and promoting wider use of renewable energy.
